Soy protein concentrate is a vegetable protein derived from soybeans and is used in food production to improve the texture and nutritional value of meat and vegetable products.

It offers high emulsion stability, good water binding, optimum gelling and viscosity as well as excellent dispersibility and high protein content.

Soy protein concentrate can mainly be used in the following products: Fermentation products, meat products such as bratwurst, reconstituted meat slices, pâtés, roasted meat products, hot dog and frankfurter sausages, restructured chicken parts, meat skewers and meatballs. It is also used in baked goods, sports nutrition, dairy products, sauces and dressings.

Soy protein concentrate is produced from carefully selected soybeans. The process involves extracting and isolating the proteins from the soybeans to obtain a highly pure and functional protein, which is then further processed for the production of meat products and plant-based alternatives.
